Shipment and returns

We ship out orders on monday and thursday at 13:00. Within the Netherlands you’ll received the order the next day, outside of the Netherlands usually takes 4-5 businessdays

Small products are shipped in bubble plastic envelope and are delivered in the mailbox. Larger products, such as growkits are sent as parcel and delivered to the door by package delivery.

Currently we ship to these countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, United Kingdom (UK) & Sweden.

Legality of products

All products on this website are legally available and sellable within the Netherlands. If you’re ordering from abroad, please make sure the possession of the ordered products is allowed in your country. Inform yourself at your local customs department. We are not responsible for items which can not be delivered due to confiscation and can’t reimburse the order in that case.


Accidentally ordered the wrong product? No problem! Send back the order within 14 days after you’ve received it and we will refund you the order amount as soon as possible (within 14 days).

Items can only be returned in their original packaging. Is the packaging broken or has the item been used then it’s possible we’ll deduct costs from the order amount. For more information, see article 6, 7 and 8 of our terms and conditions.

Return request

Send a message via the contact page with the topic “Returns”. In the message include your order number and if possible the reason for the return. After this you will receive all information relating to the return of the order by e-mail within 2 working days.
